Two machines, one axis.

Illustrative model

Pumps, pump sets and the control panels that run them — specified, built and documented as one package, for consultants, contractors and facility owners.

What we build

  1. Motor + pump

A pump set is not a pump. It is the pump, its motor, the base they sit on, the pipework that joins them and the panel that starts and protects them — bought as one thing, delivered as one thing, and answered for as one thing. That is what BITC builds.

  2. Skid + manifold

Pump, motor, skid, manifold. Sized against the duty you give us — flow, head, the liquid, the supply, and what the set has to survive — not against a catalogue page. It arrives on its own base, piped and wired, with the drawings that show what was actually built.

  3. Control panel

The control panel is ours, not a bought-in box. Starter, protection, control, and what the set is meant to do when something fails — drawn, built and labelled here, so the panel on site matches the drawing in the file.

  4. The file

Every set leaves with its file: the arrangement and wiring drawings, the bill of materials counted off those drawings, and the data sheets for the parts in it. A submittal a consultant can review — not a brochure.

Duty point

Drag the point, or type a flow and a head.

Illustrative pump curves: a family of curves at several speeds, the system curve, the shut-off head, the best-efficiency point and the duty point where the curves cross.

Booster sets
